Dr. Oz and World Famous Heart Surgeon Recommend Colloidal Silver

In spite of all of the naysayers who claim colloidal silver is either “dangerous” or “ineffective,” the all-natural infection-fighting substance continues to gain converts among medical doctors and researchers of all sorts.

In this case, the well-known Dr. Oz, of TV’s The Dr. Oz Show, once again endorses colloidal silver, along with his father-in-law, the famous cardiothoracic surgeon, Dr. Gerald Lemole.  Learn more, below…

Hi, Steve Barwick here, for www.TheSilverEdge.com...

Last year, Dr. Oz bowled me over when he publicly recommended the use of colloidal silver on his popular TV show, The Dr. Oz Show

As I mentioned in my previous article, his endorsement of colloidal silver was a real stunner, because in the distant past, when he was the “house doctor” on The Oprah Show, he had dismissed colloidal silver usage as “outdated” and “old-fashioned”.

Even More Stunning…

This time, his endorsement of colloidal silver was even more stunning, because he brought along his famous father-in-law, the renowned cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Gerald Lemole, M.D., who explained how and why he uses colloidal silver.

Here’s a very brief transcript of the segment of The Dr. Oz Show featuring Dr. Oz and his father-in-law Dr. Lemole, discussing colloidal silver and other natural substances:

Dr. Oz:  We’re looking for you to share some of your favorite holistic cures.  Things that, I know that, folks are using all of the time in the Lemole household.

Dr. Lemole:  There’s a couple of things. Colloidal silver is antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral, and it’s really good stuff for if you feel an oncoming sore throat, or even if you have a wound.  You can spray it on your wound.

(Dr. Lemole demonstrates how to spray colloidal silver into his throat using a simple pump spray bottle; he then sprays some into Dr. Oz’ throat as well, except he misses and sprays Dr. Oz’ nose and upper lip instead, bringing laughter from the audience.)

Dr. Oz (recovering from the mishap):  So in the Lemole household, if you have a sore throat you’re getting colloidal silver sprayed in your throat first.  That’s the first thing they do…It’s amazing to me that you can build wellness tools like this into your own lifestyle, which I never see in my own profession.

You can watch the entire segment featuring Dr. Oz and Dr. Lemole on the Colloidal Silver Secrets Community on Facebook at this link, while it’s still available.  Or, you can find the colloidal silver remarks around the 4:25 mark of the video, or thereabouts, if you want to cut to the chase.

Not the First

Of course, Dr. Oz and his famous father-in-law are not the first medical authorities to recommend the use of colloidal silver.

After all, colloidal silver has been around for over 100 years, and there are reams of impressive clinical work on it.

As Dr. Joseph Weissman, M.D. board certified immunologist and Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California Medical School has said of colloidal silver:

"Today, many antibiotics are losing the battle with germs.

Fortunately, the best germ killer, which was discovered over 2,000 years ago, is finally getting the proper attention from medical science - natural silver.

I sincerely recommend that everyone have electrically generated colloidal silver in their home as an antiseptic, antibacterial and antifungal agent."

And as Dr. Jonathan Wright, MD, of the famous Tahoma Clinic in Washington state has said of colloidal silver:

"Colloidal silver just might be the next germ-fighting wonder drug.

And not just for the serious threats making headlines: It's also effective against bacterial infections like strep throat, viruses like the flu, and fungal infections like Candida.

No matter how much a germ mutates, it can't change enough to escape the damaging effects of colloidal silver.

And in the process, the silver doesn't harm human tissue or kill off the good bacteria in the intestine the way antibiotics and other medications do…"

And as Dr. Ron Surowitz, D.O., M.D., former head of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association has stated of the safety and efficacy of colloidal silver:

"Sometimes a treatment can be worse than the illness, but not in the case of Colloidal Silver.

I have my patients spray or swish Colloidal Silver in their mouths from one to three times daily, depending on the severity of their condition…

…or, in a dose of one quarter to one teaspoon, and even up to one tablespoon, one to three times daily for situations that are more problematic.

I also have them use it in small amounts daily as a preventative...It's interesting how many of my patients improve with the use of Colloidal Silver. It enhances the immune system where other antibiotics cause yeast overgrowth..."

Or, as Dr. Herbert Slavin, M.D., director of the Institute of Advanced Medicine in Lauderhill, Florida has to say:

"Few things in life are as cut-and-dried as the fact that silver is completely safe when used within normal limits."

And as Dr. Jeffrey Blumer, M.D., Ph.D., director of the Center for Drug Research, former director of the Greater Cleveland Poison Control Center has plainly stated regarding colloidal silver’s remarkable record of safety:

"Common substances like table salt and aspirin are harmless with normal use, but excessive intake can become toxic and even life-threatening.

With normal responsible usage, silver supplements are entirely harmless to humans."

You can read what many more doctors and recognized medical experts have to say about the effectiveness and safety of colloidal silver in my article, What Real Medical, Scientific and Clinical Experts Have to Say About Colloidal Silver Usage, at this link.

Or, see the entire web page I’ve devoted to quotes on colloidal silver from literally multitudes of experts, at this link

Finally, you can read through dozens of comprehensive and eye-opening articles I’ve written for you on colloidal silver and its many uses, at this link.

Colloidal Silver Naysayers

So the next time the colloidal silver naysayers tell you colloidal silver is “dangerous” or “ineffective,” point them to this article, or to any of the links contained herein.

They may not be impressed that a well-known TV doctor like Dr. Oz endorses colloidal silver.  They might even write off his famous father-in-law, the renowned cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Gerald Lemole, as a “quack.”

But of course, they’ll just be showing their ignorance in the face of such overwhelming evidence from the experts that colloidal silver is not only highly effective, but also perfectly safe when used within the bounds of common sense and reason.

If you’d like to learn how to make your own high-quality colloidal silver, just click the link.

Meanwhile, I’ll be back next week with another great article on colloidal silver, so be sure to stay tuned…

Yours for the safe, sane and responsibleuse of colloidal silver,

WebMD.com Slams Colloidal Silver; Paid $3.5 Million By Merck Pharmaceuticals

Why does the popular health website, WebMD.com, continue to spread misinformation and falsehoods about colloidal silver?

We may have found the answer.  See more, below…

Hi, Steve Barwick here, for www.TheSilverEdge.com...

As you likely know, WebMD.com is one of the internet's main purveyors of misinformation and outright falsehoods about colloidal silver and its usage.

And the popular website’s misguided views on colloidal silver are often quoted by skeptics and naysayers who like to scare the bejabbers out of potential new colloidal silver users.

Last year, in an effort to educate WebMD.com to the error of their ways, I showed readers how to use the “User Reviews” function on the WebMD.com site to post positive reviews about colloidal silver.

You can see my article, here.  And if you have the time, please feel free to go posta nice positive review of colloidal silver to the WebMD.com website, while it’s still on your mind.

However, even though some 85 positive reviews on colloidal silver were posted directly after my article was published, with most of them ranking colloidal silver as a “five star” supplement, WebMD.com has still not budged an inch from their anti-colloidal silver position.

Vindictive

In fact, since my request for readers to post positive reviews on the WebMD.com website, the following lines have been added to their factually-challenged rant against colloidal silver usage:

“There are many Internet ads for the parts of a generator that produces colloidal silver at home. People who produce colloidal silver at home will likely not be able to evaluate their product for purity or strength. There are many products that are far safer and more effective than colloidal silver.”

Ouch!

Since my company, The Silver Edge, is the distributor of the Micro-Particle Colloidal Silver Generator -- the world’s #1 best-selling colloidal silver generator -- do you think perhaps WebMD.com got just a little bit miffed that I convinced a boatload of people to stuff their “User Reviews” page with positive colloidal silver reviews?

“Likely Unsafe for Use”

Regardless of their motives for adding a slam on colloidal silver generators to their anti-colloidal silver missive, WebMD.com continues to claim colloidal silver is "likely unsafe for use."

This, even though clinical study after clinical study continue to demonstrate the safety of ingested silver.

What’s more, WebMD.com continues to quote the FDA as saying colloidal silver is “not considered safe or effective.”

Yet in reality, colloidal silver has one of the safest toxicological profiles of all nutritional supplements, when used responsibly.

Indeed, the safety profile for colloidal silver is so good, the FDA has admitted under past Freedom of Information Act requests that it has no negative public safety data whatsoever on the supplement.

FDA Admits:  No Clinical Data Showing
Colloidal Silver to Be Unsafe for Human Use

For example, here’s one Freedom of Information Act request to the FDA, asking for all of their negative consumer data on colloidal silver.

Following the request, you’ll find the FDA’s short but revealing reply:

October 14th, 1999

Food and Drug Administration
U.S. Department Of Health and
Human Services
Public Health Service
5600 Fishers Lane
Rockville, MD 20857

Dear Sirs/Madam,

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act and in regard your August 17th, 1999 ruling regarding colloidal silver, could you please supply the following documentation on which you based your decision?

1. The number of deaths related to the consumption of colloidal silver.

2. The number of allergic reactions to the consumption of colloidal silver.

3. The number of harmful drug interactions from both OTC and prescription drugs when combined with colloidal silver.

4. The number of reported cases of Argyria from colloidal silver made with the AC or DC electrical process.

5. The number of cases of Argyria from colloidal silver that did not contain protein stabilizers.

Thank you for your time and consideration of this request.

Sincerely,
[name removed]

Here’s the FDA short but very revealing response to this Freedom of Information Act request for negative consumer information on colloidal silver:

Dear [ name removed ]:

This is in response to your request of 10/14/99, in which you requested adverse events associated with the use of Colloidal Silver.

Your request was received in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research on 10/25/99.

We have searched the records from FDA's Adverse Event Reporting System (AERS) and have been unable to locate any cases that would be responsive to your request.

Charges of $3.50 (Search $3.50, Review $0, Reproduction $0, Computer time $0) will be included in a monthly invoice.

DO NOT SEND ANY PAYMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN INVOICE.

If there are any problems with this response, please notify us in writing of your specific problem(s). Please reference the above file number.
Sincerely,

As you can see, the FDA response for information on negative consumer data on colloidal silver was underwhelmingto say the least.

Indeed, they had nothing negative to say about colloidal silver when given the chance to reveal its supposed dangers.

They had no documentation of any deaths, allergic reactions, drug interactions, argyria reports, or anything else negative for that matter.

Yet WebMD.com continues to quote the FDA as saying colloidal silver is “not considered safe or effective.”

More False Claims

WebMD.com also continues to stand firm in their false claim that colloidal silver interferes with the absorption of antibiotics, saying “Taking colloidal silver along with antibiotics might decrease the effectiveness of some antibiotics.”

In reality, clinical studies have demonstrated that colloidal silver actually booststhe effectiveness of antibiotics.

Even the FDA – no friend of colloidal silver -- has been forced to admit through Freedom of Information Act requests that there's no evidence whatsoever for the claim that colloidal silver interferes with the absorption of antibiotic drugs.

You can read my previous article on how I forced the FDA to admit they had no negative data on colloidal silver in relation to antibiotic drugs, at this link

Shill for Big Pharma

So why does WebMD.com continue to make such false claims against colloidal silver, in the face of so much evidence that they’re dead wrong in their assertions?

Well, it should come as no surprise that the popular website trusted by millions of unsuspecting Americans turns out to be a well-paid shill for Big Pharma.
Indeed, according to TheLibertyBeacon.com, financial documents located on the website of Merck Pharmaceuticals shows that WebMD.com received over $3.5 million dollars from Merck Pharmaceuticals from 2008 to 2012.

According to an articleon TheLibertyBeacon.com:

"Pharmaceutical companies pay huge sums of money to buy influence.

WebMD is no exception...If we take a look at the WebMD website, you will notice a web page called Lifetime of Vaccines. It is sponsored by Merck...

…Waiting for you is a video message by Julie Gerberding, former head of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). She promotes the reasons why we should get vaccinated.

Before you listen to her message, you should know she lobbied to get the dangerous Gardasil vaccine (also a Merck product) onto the vaccine schedule.

She is also the current president of the Vaccine Division at Merck Pharmaceuticals."

How very incestuous, right?

The former head of the CDC (the U.S. Centers for Disease Control) leaves her position there and goes to work for Merck Pharmaceuticals, in a revolving door relationship fraught with conflicts of interest.

Then, while at Merck, she starts promoting a “Lifetime of Vaccines” on WebMD.com, which in turn bills itself to Americans as a reliable “independent” voice you can trust on health care matters.   And along the way, Merck pays WebMD $3.5 million.

In short, WebMD.com is in reality paid to regurgitate pro-drug propaganda for Big Pharma’s worldwide drug promotion machine.

Not the First Time for Merck

This isn’t the first time Merck has been exposed for paying huge sums of money to organizations that denigrate colloidal silver.

You may remember from previous articles I’ve written (see this link) that Merck’s charitable foundation, the John Merck Fund, helped provide millions of dollars in funding to radical environmental activist groups working to force the EPA to regulate nanosilver as a “pesticide” and take antimicrobial silver products off the market.

In fact, those same environmental activists funded by the Merck charitable foundation have been working to force the EPA to ban all colloidal silver products, or regulate them as drugs (see this link).

Where’s the Shrill Warnings?

While WebMD.com continues to promote vaccines for Merck, they’ve become famous (or should I say, infamous?) for their shrill warnings against safe, natural substances like colloidal silver.

Yet data compiled from the U.S. government’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reports System (VAERS), demonstrates that as many as 145,000 children or more have died over the past 20 years as a result of adverse effects from childhood vaccinations.

So do you think you’re going to find WebMD.com warning parents about those deaths?

Err…not likely.

In fact, you won’t find any shrill warnings on WebMD.com claiming vaccines are “Likely Unsafe for Use.”  Quite the contrary, they assure readers that even with side effects, vaccines are very safe.

After all, 145,000 dead children over 20 years is just collateral damage.  No big deal.  Move along.  Nothing to see here.

Yes, $3.5 million dollars buys a lot of silence…and lot of looking the other way while the carnage continues.

But WebMD.com’s shrill and empty warnings against safe, natural colloidal silver – which has never killed anyone, by the way, in some 120 years of continuous use -- continue to be spread all over the internet by people who believe the website to be a factual and independent source of reliable information on health-related issues.

Such is the world we live in, folks.

“Health” organizations the public thinks of as “most trusted” are in all too many cases actually paid liars for Big Pharma.

The Big Pharma propaganda machine is insidious.  And its tentacles are spread throughout all forms of media.

But the important thing is that you know the truth, so you can make decisions that are the most conducive to the health and well-being of your family.

I’ll be back next week with another great article on colloidal silver

Yours for the safe, sane and responsibleuse of colloidal silver,

The L.A. Times Bashes Colloidal Silver, But People Are Tearing Off the Blinders!

Here’s another great example of how the media propaganda machine works to deceive the public into believing colloidal silver is “unsafe and ineffective.”

In this case, the LA Times has published a series of articles repeating the mantra that colloidal silver is “not FDA approved”…has “serious side effects”…and “doesn’t work,” to boot!

But is this blatant media propaganda working?  Or are people finally waking up to the many ways Big Pharma and its lackeys use the mainstream media to pull the wool over their eyes?

Hi, Steve Barwick here, for www.TheSilverEdge.com...

People continue to send me copies of the L.A. Times series of articles blasting colloidal silver usage.

This article, for example, actually came out back in 2009.  But it’s still causing a stir, to this very day, especially among those who are a bit newer to colloidal silver usage, and who might come across the article inadvertently when doing research on the internet.

The article is obviously heavily biased against colloidal silver usage.  And the author, Tami Dennis, the Times Health & Science editor, openly admits she “takes the word ‘skeptic’ to previously uncharted territory.”

Well, she may be a super-skeptic about colloidal silver and other natural health products.  And that’s her right.  But as a practicing journalist, she should at least attempt to get the facts straightwhen she writes about a topic.

Unfortunately, she’s not a very good researcher or writer either, for that matter.  And like most so-called “skeptics,” she’s more of a clumsy propagandist than a journalist.

Toeing the (Bureaucratic) Line

Indeed, she cites only the official bureaucratic bric-a-brac that backs up her contentions.  And she cites no research whatsoever from real colloidal silver experts.  What’s more, much of the material she cites is decidedly misleading.

For example, she directs her readers to online material that says “colloidal silver is not approved as safe or effective by the FDA.”

Well, la-di-da.  What she doesn’t reveal, of course, is that the only reason colloidal silver is “not approved as safe or effective by the FDA” is that the FDA only approves pharmaceutical drugs.  And colloidal silver is not a drug, it’s a simple mineral nutritional supplement.

Indeed, there are absolutely zero “FDA-approved” nutritional supplements.  Not even one on the face of the earth.  Supplements are either allowed to be sold by the FDA.  Or disallowed.  But they are never “approved” by the FDA.

In fact, if you try to claim that a nutritional supplement is “FDA approved,” the FDA will come down on you like flies on stink.

So this particular accusation against colloidal silver one of the most disingenuous charges ever – a feeble ploy to make people think colloidal silver is a singularly rogue element lacking the FDA’s benevolent imprimatur.

In reality, the FDA has never “approved” a single nutritional supplement.  Not ever.

And as we’ve seen from the over 200,000 deaths caused each and every year by Big Pharma’s FDA-approved drugs, FDA approval does not necessarily equate with safety or effectiveness. In many cases, it just means someone had enough money to pay the right people.

Ignoring the Scientific Evidence
While Claiming It Doesn’t Exist…

Ms. Dennis goes on to direct her readers to another web site claiming there’s “no scientific evidence” for colloidal silver’s effectiveness.

What she fails to reveal, of course, is that hundreds of thousands of oral doses of colloidal silver are administered every month – in both clinical and non-clinical settings – often with astonishing healing results.  And this is widely known by cutting edge doctors and clinical researchers here in the U.S. and around the world.

As Dr. Kent Holtorf, M.D., of the Holtorf Medical Group states in his White Paper, "Safety and Efficacy of Intravenous Oligodynamic Silver":

"Hundreds of thousands of doses of oral colloidal silver and thousands of doses of intravenous colloidal silver are given every month in the United States.

This is usually done to treat acute and chronic infections including those associated with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and fibromyalgia (FM).

The effectiveness of the use of oral and intravenous colloidal silver in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia was presented at the 38th Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine…

…(Identifying the Causes and Exploring the Newest Treatment Options for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and Environmental Sensitivities) in October 2003…

The extremely low level of colloidal silver used at 23 parts per million (ppm) has been shown to have little or no potential for toxicity while having the significant potential for clinical benefit.

The effectiveness of oligodynamic silver’s antimicrobial action at extremely low doses in combination with its potential immune stimulating actions, makes oligodynamic silver an ideal naturally occurring substance in the treatment of CFS and FM."

What’s more, numerous science, medical and clinical research experts strongly recommend colloidal silver usage and vouch for its effectiveness.

You can read quotes from many of these bona-fide medical experts in my recent article titled “What REAL Medical, Scientific and Clinical Research Experts Have to Say About Colloidal Silver Usage.”

Indeed, were colloidal silver a regulated drug rather than a simple mineral supplement, the preponderance of clinical evidence regarding its effectiveness against infections and disease would be so overwhelming the bureaucrats at the FDA would have little choice but to approve it.

As I’ve reported in the past, researchers in Europe are even working to turn silver into a pharmaceutical drug by engineering it to be combined with other substances, including dead bacteria, so it can be patented as a “novel treatment” for internal infections.  And they swear their freakish franken-silver drug kills everything from serious cases of food poisoning to cold and flu viruses.

But of course, safe, natural colloidal silver itself is deemed to be “ineffective” by the medical bureaucrats simply because…drum roll, please…they say so.

Serious Side Effects?

Finally, Ms. Dennis directs her readers to information containing the biggest scare tactic of them all, i.e., that colloidal silver users have “severe risk for serious side effects.”

What she fails to reveal, of course, is that an estimated ten million people across North America and Mexico, and millions more throughout Europe, have been using colloidal silver for decades without suffering from any of these “serious side effects.”

What’s more, throughout Europe colloidal silver is routinely used on cruise ships and cargo ships as a water disinfectant.

It’s also been used on the space shuttle.  And it’s been used in both NASA and Russian manned space flights.

And colloidal silver has also been used around the world to purify municipal drinking water.

And it’s been a daily mainstay for millions of people in Mexico, Costa Rica and other developing nations throughout South America who use it as a matter of course to disinfect their drinking water supplies.

So where are all of the people suffering from these “serious side effects” from colloidal silver?  Where are all of the Mexicans, Costa Ricans and South Americans who use colloidal silver regularly to disinfect their water? All of the cargo ship workers?  European cruise ship vacationers? Space Station astronauts?

Surely out of the estimated 10 million regular colloidal silver users throughout North America, we’d have tens of thousands of people reporting these “serious side effects” by now, right?

Ahem…actually, they’re nowhere to be seen.

Indeed, as I’ve explained repeatedly in online articles (see here, and here) it’s only when people take excessively large quantities or excessively high concentrations of colloidal silver for months or years on end, against all constraints of reason and common sense, that side effects take place.

And even then, according to the EPA the most common side effect – argria, or skin-staining -- is strictly cosmetic, rather than toxic.

(Get a FREE copy of the Colloidal Silver Safe Dosage Report, and learn how to calculate your maximum daily dosage rate based on your weight and the ppm of the colloidal silver you’re using.)

Meanwhile, let me re-state that over 210,000 Americans flat-out DIE each year from use of Big Pharma’s prescription drugs, and the vast majority of them were using the drugs properly!

Where are all Ms. Dennis’ screaming, hyperventilating articles slamming Big Pharma and its decidedly deadly pharmaceutical drugs?

Where’s the L.A. Times lamenting the dangers of prescription drugs and warning the public against them?

Oooh.  Once again, nowhere to be seen.

Apparently, a self-avowed “skeptic” like Ms. Dennis is only allowed to be skeptical of safe, natural products, not pharmaceutical drugs.

Interestingly, according to the Poison Control Center, no one has ever died from colloidal silver usage, or for that matter, from usage of any other mineral supplement, vitamin, herb or amino acid in over 27 years.

So much the journalistic credibility of Ms. Dennis and the L.A. Times.

People Are Catching On,
And the Blinders Are Coming Off!

One thing I thoroughly enjoyed was reading the numerous comments from Ms. Dennis’ readers in the Comments section that follows her smug, anti-colloidal silver tirade.

It seems that her readers are a heckuva lot smarter than she is.

For the most part, these comments showed that people are thinking for themselves, and not just accepting the shrill squeals of the propagandists as “fact.”

For example, this comment on Ms. Dennis’ article hits the nail on the head:

“This story is stupid.....ANYTHING in large doses is harmful, period!

Watch daytime TV commercials...they’re full of FDA drug recalls and lawsuits...wake up people.”

Or this one…

“If the FDA is cracking down on it then you can be pretty certain that it’s an effective and safe alternative to the toxic drugs the pharmaceutical companies are pumping into us.

Pharmaceutical drugs are one of the biggest killers on the western world, and yet they say colloidal silver is dangerous because it turned one man blue?”

Or this one…

“The FDA has manipulated and hijacked the critical thinking skills of an entire country...I cannot tell you the number of problems colloidal silver has solved in my life.

My college age son returned this summer with a deep, barking, bronchial cough he said he had for a month. 2 days of colloidal silver and it was almost gone. 4 days and it was history.

It has stopped gum infections.  It has also helped a traveler's stomach.”

Or this one…

Another attack on something that actually works. The FDA and its cronies, on behalf of the pharmaceutical companies (which make money selling toxic drugs) and the medical establishment, continue attacking our rights to use natural substances.
The real problem is that silver works TOO well, and it’s growing popularity threatens drug sales and the notion that anything other than so-called ‘miracles’ of modern medicine work…

This type of story is a total red flag that should not be ignored, but instead should lead to calls supporting consumers' rights to health freedom.”

Or this one…

“How sad to see such blatant and pathetic evidence that our major news carriers are so obviously under the thumb of our pharmaceutical propaganda machine. Sad but so true.”

Or this one…

“This is total big pharma owning the mainstream media.  Even that photo of the silver hydrosol above is meant to mislead. Silver is a clear liquid like water and doesn't look like that poison above.”

Or this one…

“Wow, what a pathetic article. Colloidal silver works GREAT as an antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral.

There is PLENTY of research in the past and it was used for centuries prior to the patentable pharmaceutical substances now used in contemporary society.

People, don't listen to the idiots that write articles like this. Do your own research and take it from people who make and use properly prepared colloidal silver - it really works!  Seriously!”

Or this one…

“I was shocked at the imbalance of this article and at the prejudice expressed through disintegrated grammar and poorly expressed ideas.

It's the LA Times, for goodness sakes. Where are your journalistic principles? Where is your impartiality? Whose pocket are you in, exactly?

This report is a disgrace on many levels.”

Online Carpet Bombing

But for me, perhaps the most telling comment under Ms. Dennis’ article was this one:  "Funny how 10 news websites are saying bad things about colloidal silver all on the same day!"

That commentator hit the nail on the head.

Indeed, that's how the so-called "skeptics," “quackbusters,” natural health “debunkers” often work.  They coordinate attacks on a colloidal silver (or other nutritional supplements) across multiple web sites all during the same time-period, in an attempt to give the public the impression that EVERYBODY is suddenly warning against the supposed “dangers” of the substance.

It’s the online version of carpet bombing.  And of course, it’s very effective.  Indeed, we've seen this time and time again.

For example, when articles on the sensationalistic and deceptive "dermal toxicity" study on nanosilver came out last year, portraying nanosilver in commercial products as being so toxic to the skin it might cause cancer, the information was suddenly being spread across multiple web sites around the world almost overnight.

This, in spite of the fact that the study itself had nothing to do with cancer.  What’s more, it was conducted on tiny albino guinea pigs and not humans.

Finally, the concentration of nanosilver used on the poor little guinea pigs each day for weeks on end was 10,000 ppm, which of course is many thousands of times higher than anyone would ever come into contact with from a commercial product that contains nanosilver.

Yet the articles on this study miraculously reached the tops of the Google search engine results in just a few days, even though the study itself was from an obscure source in Iran.

If you’re interested, you can read my expose of this study, "How Junk Science Propaganda Against Colloidal Silver Gets Started” which demonstrates exactly how the propaganda game against colloidal silver and all forms of antimicrobial silver works.

Similarly, when Israeli researchers invented silver-impregnated butcher paper last year in an attempt to help stop the growing spread of bacterial contamination on meat products…

I immediately predicted the radical anti-silver crowd would throw everything they had at this highly beneficial invention in order to stop it dead in its tracks.

And of course, they did exactly that, conducting an online drive-by shooting campaign against the invention, unlike any I've ever witnessed.

In fact, they quickly dubbed the silver-impregnated butcher paper as "killer paper," and began spreading negative articles about it all over the internet in a matter of days through their worldwide network of web sites.

You can read how they used abject propaganda to destroy the great idea behind this potentially life-saving invention almost overnight, in my article In Defense of Colloidal Silver Nanoparticles.

Finally, in my article Canada’s “Mr. Science” Labels Colloidal Silver Usage “Quackery” you can learn more about how the “skeptics,” “quackbusters” and so-called natural health “debunkers” conduct these coordinated media attacks…

…as well as how they use techniques such as “Google-bombing” to manipulate search engine results so that when someone searches, for example, for the term “colloidal silver,” only negative articles come up in the top rankings.

The Good News…

The good news is that people have been waking up for a l-o-o-o-n-g time now, and are beginning to pull off their blindfolds in droves.

It’s simply not as easy as it used to be for the propagandists who shill for Big Pharma to pull the wool over the eyes of the awakening populace. People are catching on to the lengths Big Pharma will go to protect its multi-billion dollar annual drug profits.

Sharing articles like this one will help wake up even more people.  So please feel free to forward this article to your fellow natural health lovers, or email them the link to this article, so they too can read it.

Big Pharma continues to work overtime to deceive the population into believing natural substances like colloidal silver are “unsafe and ineffective.”

But more and more people are waking up to the truth, thanks to the power of the internet.  Let’s help them do so by sharing the truth with others who may be interested.

Until next time, I remain…

Yours for the safe, sane and responsible use of colloidal silver,
